We provide full building & project management services. Jonathan and Anthony will be offering expert advice & direction from the beginning of your designs or existing plans, right through to your projects completion. Jonathan will project manage your build from start to finish.

Licensed Building Practitioners

Our onsite managers are fully Licensed Building Practitioners and our builders trade qualified. Anthony and his build team are dedicated and focused on providing outstanding work. Your home is guaranteed to be built to NZ standards by specialists in residential building.

Quality Specialists

Our Team are qualified NZ builders, so are our subcontractors and partner trades people. We specialise in major renovations and architectural new builds and are exceptionally good at it. We have many decades of combined building experience to call upon.

Guarantee

We focus on the details, go the extra mile to deliver on time and to budget first time, every time. We have a 100 point checklist sign off process the we go through with you and every customer before we complete your job to make sure you are happy and aware of everything. We have a clear and transparent costing process agreed up front, so you always know where your costs are.

We can offer you the Master Build 10 Year Grantee or the Homefirst 10 Year Guarantee. As approved members of both programmes we can offer you either option. The Guarantees are an insurance that helps protect you throughout the building process and for the next 10 years. It provides a greater protection than the Building Act and Consumer Guarantees Act.
